Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
